i have 2 of these now. got one last year and it has bailed me out a couple of times and is still working well. charge it, simple hook up, when the lights show full crank the engine. for a quick jump it is ideal. i even used it to jump start a riding mow after it sit all winter. need to charge it every few months if have not used it to keep a full charge but it can start a car even if not fully charged. this would not be something to spin the engine for 30 minutes trying to figure out what is wrong with your car. as a quick jump it is great.

Have a car that is a spare and never gets driven. A year ago I put a new Costco Interstate battery in it, but it was dead due to not using the vehicle. I was going to purchase a battery charger from an auto parts store or Harbor Freight or wherever but decided to check here. Saw this one and figured what the heck, price is right .Click on then off. Removed the positive cable from battery and hooked up. Lights all lit up and seemed to be working. 24 hours later the car started. This is a tiny little unit, but the darn thing works. Takes longer then a big ol charger. its a deal worth taking. Also works as a maintainer slash trickle charger. Seems to good to be true, but worked for me.

So far, it works as advertised. Only used once on covid 19 dead Volvo battery. Little sucker repaired and fully charged my totally dead battery in 36 hours. But it could not have been easier. Documentation could be better. Haveing said that, all the info you need is there. I just think a step by step approach would be better. Overall, it is good value for money.Not knowing the device I wanted to use it first outside giving it and at noon in bright 🌞 I had to cup my hands around the device to see that the red light was indeed blinking indicating it was charging. I will update after more usage.

I visited a friend of mine who has a corvette - little used it turns out. He had a blue tooth device that he left plugged in and it drained the battery between starts. His old charger got the car running, but it was not a thorough charge, so we couldn't start at the beach! (Fortunately, his wife was there in a separate car). When I got home, I ordered this little charger and sent it without telling him - he was thrilled to get this nifty little charger and it worked perfectly to get the battery up to snuff. Great little charger, more than just handy, it works, and it is a steal at this price.

I wanted to wait a few months before writing this review so I could provide educated feedback. As with many, I don’t start my vehicle as much due to the pandemic. I have a 2002 Toyota Sequoia with a v8 engine with a newer battery. I purchased this charger after my car died from not being started for a week. Instructions were easy to follow. It took about 2 days for the truck to fully charge and didn’t have any issues until a month or so later after I let the engine sit for about 6 days without starting. Again, I hooked the charger up and after one day it was fully charged. I did not know what a slow trickle charger was until I purchased this and am glad I bought this charger as it does not damage the battery. Remember to keep the instructions as they are absolutely needed. I highly recommend and would even consider giving this as a gift as I love it so much. Just remember it charges one amp at a time so it can take awhile to charge. Just be patient and you will be well rewarded :)
