I've tried so many shower heads over the years and nothing comes close to this. The silicone brush is gentle enough for my sensitive skin but does a proper job of exfoliating — my skin feels smoother than it has in years. The different spray modes are a lovely bonus too.
My arthritis makes it hard to use fiddly controls, but switching between the spray modes on this is so simple with the front buttons. The high-pressure jet rinse is powerful and really gets into my back where I can never quite reach properly.
