This grab bar fits firmly on my tiled wall providing me with a safe secure handhold for me. My shower is too small for a chair, so I can hold my grab bar when lifting up a foot to wash without fear of slipping and falling while standing on the other foot. Previously my foot had slipped while doing this and it scared me. It made me realize how easy it is to slip and fall and hurt yourself. So glad I have it now; I feel so much safer.
This product is Fantastic!! Easy to install ! Super Sturdy and Amazing grip!! Follow the instructions and video comments from customers. Be sure the suction cups are not over the grooves between each individual tile!! Handle will not hold !!! Make sure the whole suction cup is entirely over a smooth surface, or it will not hold! But if you install correctly,it will work and perform perfectly!! Can Highly recommend this product !!
I researched several bathroom grab bars. This two pack seemed perfect as long as they worked as advertised. and boy they did! It took a bit of pressure to push in the two locks on each one, but they sure do the job. I am very pleased with them and recommend them to anyone needing a similar bathroom grab bar. I chose the grey and white as they did not have a brown or tan to match my bathroom colors. But that is not as important as how they work.
Easy to follow directions. Important that tile is well-cleaned. Do a dry run making sure grab bar is within tiled area and not on grout. (Hold grab bar
up to tile surface to make sure it fits on tile—— but not touching grout). Remove plastic protectors on suction cups and hold grab bar in place and apply small amount of pressure & push levers over center. Done! This grab bar is far superior to any other we have tried. (Wish we would have ordered two initially —- price break for two). But we were so pleased with first one that we ordered a second one. Extremely sturdy and great value for price!
My husband’s hospice nurse had told us that suction grab bars work well if installed on the right type of surface. I bought two for the shower and installed them easily. My husband liked them and asked me to order two more, so now he has ample support in the shower. Working well for the couple of weeks we’ve had them. I’ve had to “resuction” one side of a couple of them , but it was easy, quick, and effective.
