Q:Anyone have issues with the sd card recommended with purchased. i have tried to format inside camera, on a windows laptop and mac desktop.
A:Class 10, U3 Speed Micro-SD Card for 4K Video is required. We recommend SAMSUNG Class 10, U3 Speed Micro-SD Card. After inserting the SD card into the dash cam for the first time, don't forget to put it in the dash cam Format the SD card. You can FORMAT your memory card by going into the camera's SYSTEM SETTINGS.
Q:Are accidents automatically and permanently saved?
A:This machine has a G-Sensor function, when there is an accidents, it will lock the video. And the locked videos will not be covered, so these will be saved but pls kindly check the SD order to check whether there are too many locked videos saved in the card, if the card is full, some former locked videos will be covered.
Q:Do i need to unplug from outlet after turning off vehicle or turn off power on camera?
A:No, you don't need to do that.The dash cam automatically start recording when car is started.When the car is turned off or the power is turned off, the dash cam will also automatically turn off.
