My husband insists on walking or running after work, which is generally the hottest part of the day. He even went out today,, straight up high noon, with a temp of 95, and a heat index of 101!! We live in Texas and the heat index has been up to 110 degrees during the late afternoon hours. Let me say that as a former ICU and Trauma nurse, this is NEVER a good idea, even if you are young, fit, and totally healthy-all of which my husband is not. But, because he absolutely insists on doing this, I am always trying to find something, anything, to keep him cooler as he exercises outdoors. I saw this type of product and thought, “what the heck, it can’t hurt,” and started shopping around. HE LOVES IT!! And said he absolutely doesn’t want another higher priced one because this one works great! I tried it myself, and have to admit, its awesome! to have paid around few money for something that helps to keep you cooler while outdoors during this unprecedented heat wave we’re having, is a true God send. Thank you for offering this!
Again, let me reiterate, it is not advisable for anyone to exercise outdoors with these high temperatures and even higher heat indices we have been experiencing. PLEASE check with your doctor BEFORE exercising under these conditions. If your physician okays, this product really helps keep you cooler.

Absolutely love these. I use these at work as a nurse and they are amazing! i wish I’d known about these sooner instead of fanning myself with whatever I could find. I love that they’re rechargeable. I haven’t had them die on me but I also make sure to have a charger handy to charge when I’m not using them. I’m the nurse that always turns the AC all the way down when I first get in to work but since getting this headset, I just turn on the fan and I’m good to go! My fellow nurses noticed pretty quickly and definitely appreciated not being frozen out by me I don’t know how effective these would be outdoors but as for AC supplementation for hot natured people, these are great!

This is extremely useful for me, since it provides some "breeze" over my ears and head, and helps me feel less hot than would otherwise be the case. Well made .On a regular basis I work in a room that is not air-conditioned, and during the summer it can get up to the high 80s in the room. This is a useful supplement to a room fan which I keep directed on me, and the combination of the two keeps the temperature tolerable. I love the rechargeable aspect, and I know I can get AT LEAST 10 hours of use from the fan at low speed. I wasn't sure if I was going to like this or not, but I'm glad I took a chance, This is not an air conditioning unit, but for the price, a very useful piece of kit to keep one a little more comfortable either around the house or outside.

My daughter recently asked me to purchase these; her motive was to wear it while we try to tend our garden in 100 degree heat. Mother nature has seen fit for our weather to remain in the high 90s up until 8 at night.I bought TWO based on the reviews.
Can I just say that this is a minor miracle? Even when it is warm in my office, I place this angelic ring about my neck and feel cool air drifting toward me, and I have hope that salvation is at hand. Is it enough to take all the heat? Well, let's be honest- when you are menopausal the only way to rid yourself of the scathing internal inferno is to jump into a pool of ice. That being said, this is as close as you I have come to getting some relief without placing myself in a glacier and going into shock.
It is not very loud- I wear it while teleworking and no one can hear it in the background. It charges easily with USB, and so far I have worn it up to 6 hours without the battery running low. I don't even know how close I have come to using all the battery life, it has lasted for the length of time I needed it. The other awesome part, is because it is USB, you can charge in your car, or even a portable charger if you are out and about. if you know, you know!

I have a hard time regulating my body temperature due to medication and menopause. I sweat easily in 70°F or higher with the slightest of movements. It has become seriously embarrassing and bothersome. I have wanted to try a neck fan for some time but never came across one I thought wasn't bulky or in the way. I work with toddlers and didn't want something they could easily stick fingers into or pull off my neck. When I found this one, I felt it met my needs all around.
When I unboxed it, I thought I ordered headphones because that's exactly what they look like! Although it's heavy in the hand, it's light on the neck. Made with good, quality materials. The first speed was good enough to keep me cool while cooking. The noise isn't too loud, even on the highest setting. I am hopeful it will help keep me cool outdoors when the weather warms up.
